Patient: When I was in high school, one of my teeth was knocked out playing basketball. The other teeth started to look a little bit different than the fake tooth, and we decided let's just redo the whole thing so that it looks all uniform.
Patient: The most important thing about the process here is it was painless. I've heard horror stories about going to the dentist for this kind of procedure — absolutely no pain the whole time.
Patient: When I bring my son here, there's toys in the front, there's arcade games — I don't know if I've ever seen a dental office this big that has everything. Not only are you going to get the best service around, but the staff is so friendly. This is actually a pleasure to go to the dentist — in and out, handshake from Dr. Ray, and new teeth.
Dr. Ray: For me, the most important thing is to have trust with the patient and let them know that I'm your advocate here. I'm not looking to sell you anything — I'm just going to inform you, and then we're going to decide together what all the options are and what the best path is for you. For the same person, it might be different based on finances or based on their comfort with being in a dental chair.
Patient: There's a lot more confidence in it, knowing that I don't have to hide my teeth anymore. I can be happy to walk down and give my wife a big smile.
